Our Team
Samir Osmankic
Samir brings 30 year of experience in acquiring, remodeling and managing real estate properties. He has worked and completed over 100 projects in the grater Chicago area. Samir is licensed, insured and bonded contractor and brings vast knowledge in general property renovation, as well as electric, plumbing, roofing and other trades. He owns and manages a portfolio of rental properties across across Chicago. Samir loves playing sports and games with his children and loves gardening with his wife.
Oliver Dinic
Oliver started his career in marketing working for a Houston based rental energy provider. Later he went into the finance sector working for Exelon & Constellation Energy. He has 15 years of experience in the commercial and residential credit underwriting. Oliver has completed several fix & flip properties and currently owns and manages a portfolio of rental properties across the greater Chicago area. His favorite hobby is cooking and loves to travel and visit new places with his family.
